Zach served in the CIA for 10 years as both an Operations Officer and a Staff Operations Officer in the Directorate of Operation's Counter-Terrorism Center. Since leaving CIA, Zach has led protection details for Pittsburgh-based companies to include Fortune 500s. Zach has sourced, vetted, and coordinated protective details in numerous overseas environments to include South America, Asia and Africa. Further, Zach has established travel security programs that provide worldwide tracking capabilities and SOS monitoring for traveling executives. Zach has provided security assessments and consulting to school districts, medical facilities, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies. A recognized expert in surveillance and technical surveillance, Zach has led surveillance operations against a variety of hard targets. Zach has operational deployments in more than a dozen countries to include locations in North America, Europe, South West Asia, The Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Zach previously served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Specialist and graduated with Highest Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
With more than 15-years of security system experience, including hardwired and wireless systems, Jeff manages many of Agency Group’s camera, alarm, and access control installations. Having completed thousands of installations in various environments, including residential and commercial, Jeff is a master of his craft and is consistently praised by clients for his superior attitude and customer service ability.
Michael Costantini serves as Chief Operating Officer of Agency Group, where he oversees day-to-day operations, strategic growth, and the delivery of high-quality security services across the organization. He has been with Agency Group since 2021 and plays a key role in scaling operations while maintaining the company’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and client trust.
Michael brings over a decade of combined private security and military experience, providing him with a strong operational foundation and a practical understanding of risk management, protective services, and personnel leadership. His background allows him to bridge strategic planning with real-world execution, ensuring that Agency Group’s security solutions are both effective and adaptable to client needs.
As COO, Michael is responsible for operational oversight, client relations, staffing and deployment strategy, policy development, and quality assurance. He works closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and proactive problem solving.
Michael is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to building long-term partnerships. His focus on training, accountability, and operational integrity continues to strengthen Agency Group’s reputation as a trusted security provider.
Dan Hyde is the Director of Technology & Surveillance at Agency Group, where he leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced surveillance and security solutions for investigators, law enforcement, and security professionals. He oversees the full lifecycle of the company’s technology from concept and prototyping through assembly, quality control, and field deployment, ensuring each system performs in real-world operational environments.
In addition to his civilian role, Dan has over 10 years of continuing service in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer with operational deployments to Iraq and Syria. His military experience informs a disciplined, detail-driven approach to leadership and system design. He remains closely involved in every build, emphasizing reliability, discretion, and accountability, and is committed to delivering technology professionals can trust when the stakes are high.
Noah Grove is the Security Operations Manager at Agency Group, where he oversees day-to-day protective operations and ensures consistent execution of the company’s security standards across all assignments. With more than fifteen years of executive protection experience, Noah plays a central role in translating policy, training, and planning into effective field operations.
In addition to managing operational deployments, Noah oversees training and professional development for Agency Group personnel. He is responsible for firearms instruction across all disciplines and ensures every officer meets the company’s tactical, safety, and performance requirements prior to deployment. His background includes service as a Sergeant with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, where he spent eight years on the Corrections Emergency Response Team (CERT) and five years as a certified firearms instructor. This experience informs a disciplined, methodical approach to leadership, emphasizing readiness, accountability, and decisive action in high-consequence environments.
